The firm is best described as a full service architectural and planning firm. We provide thoughtful consultation, design, site planning, land development guidelines, field inspection, graphic presentations, and complete project administration as it relates to the wishes of the private owner and other concerned parties.
Our Philosopy
Design Specialists, P.C. is an aggressive firm, well versed in energy and cost savings designs using local, regional, and sometimes unique construction methods and materials. A long history of practice includes all types of buildings, using a combined mix of good design, practical construction and economics. The service rendered by Design Specialists, P.C. is always geared toward the desires of the client and tempered by extensive experience, both in the office and on the job site.
Our History
Design Specialists, P.C. was established to offer professional design, planning, and a wide variety of architectural services in the Grand Junction area and other Colorado Western Slope communities. The firm is a corporation comprised of licensed architects and highly experienced support personnel. During its existence, Design Specialists, P.C.'s staff has varied from two to eight employees, depending on workload and economy in the region. The present staff includes three licensed architects and three support personnel.
